Feed is the heartbeat of a currency counter. If the feed is consistent, then count accuracy is enhanced. The EV86-Series incorporates Talaris’s Ultra Feed Technology, which maximizes the feed efficiency of the counter, ensuring that it feeds all banknotes irrespective of design and quality of condition. Mint, old, damaged, damp, polymer, or banknotes with high intaglio printing are all fed consistently by the EV86-Series.

MDD Mechanical Double-Detection – The most accurate counting system available
Talaris’s unique patented MDD system provides a much superior count accuracy over other systems (up to 100 times more accurate*). This unique system accurately counts all banknotes irrespective of design and quality of condition, without operator or service technician adjustment.

Unlike opacity counting systems, MDD is unaffected by:
currency sets with different densities of paper for different denominations
banknotes with excessive levels of dirt or staining
clear windows commonly found in polymer notes
MDD provides “right first time” accuracy – every time.
